Below is our comprehensive list of service fees, but please feel free to contact us with any questions. Need help with something that you don’t see listed? We will refer you to our trusted vets, groomers, trainers, and other specialists if it it beyond our expertise. Merry Pets is dedicated to helping you with whatever unexpected needs pop up for your home or pets when you can’t get to it yourself. Just let us know what you need and we will get it done!
Group Sessions
Group Hike
Prices based on single dog
$40 / hike
*Each additional dog = $20/hike
*10% discount for 2x/day; applicable to weekday hikes.
Private Sessions
Weekly Walks - 1 hour
Prices based on single dog
$45 / walk
*Each additional dog = $20/session
*10% discount for 2x/day; applicable to weekday walks before 5:00pm.
Weekly Walks - 1/2 hour
Prices based on single dog
$30 / walk
*Each additional dog = $10/session
*10% discount for 2x/day; applicable to weekday walks before 5:00pm.
Scheduling
Base price for walking services is for a service pick-up/drop-off window of 8:30am-2:30pm.
Specific scheduling requests will be accomodated, if possible.
$5 scheduling fee may be applicable.
Weekly Client Discount
Clients are eligible to receive a 5% discount on weekday services after 3 months of weekly, consistent, services.
Overnight services excluded.
Home Services
Pet/House-Sitting

$25 = 15 - minute stop
*Includes all animals in the house
Overnight
$85 / night, 1-7 nights
$80/night for each additional night after 7 consecutive nights
House-sitting Hours: 7:00 pm to 8:00 am
includes poop pick-up in your yard for duration of service. Pick-up for poop accumulated prior to service is not guaranteed.
Additional Services Include
• litter box changing available, ask for price
+• clean-up for extreme pet accidents indoors = $20-$50 / incident. Professional cleaning not included.
• elaborate preparation of pet meals (i.e. cooking for several minutes or more) = $5-$15/meal
• services for horses & large livestock – please call with details for a quote
Pet Grooming
Dog Wash Bathe & Brush
First Dog = $40
Additional Dogs are $30 each
$5 discount per dog when combined with other services

Brushing Service
+• 15 minutes = $25
• 30 minutes = $30
• 60 minutes = $45
Pet Taxi Services
We offer pet taxi services for owners who need help getting their pets around town!
No passengers allowed.

The fine print…
The following policies are in place to insure we provide the best possible care and service to our clients while valuing the time and efforts of the dedicated Merry Pets staff. Privacy policy information can be found in the Terms & Conditions page.
Extras:
Same Day Booking Fee - A $20 fee will be added to any same-day bookings.
Extended Area Surcharge
Due to the high cost of travel, an extended area surcharge of $2 or more will be added to all services in locations west of I-15, south of I-215, north of Marmalade, and east of the mouth of Parley’s Canyon.
Locked Out?
If we have a key to your house we will come and let you in for $30
Discounts:
We offer additional discounts for seniors and those who volunteer for animal shelter/rescue organization—ask about them during your consultation.
Holidays:
A once-daily fee of $20 is applied to services on holidays and holiday weekends. Merry Pets Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Reservations:
Credit card information is required to hold any Merry Pets reservation.
cancellation/Refunds:
Pet-sitting - Any Overnight House-Sitting reservation canceled within one week of the appointment/booking will be charged 50% of total fee for each reservation. All pet-sitting reservations, that extend over a holiday weekend, that are cancelled within one week of the start of the reservation, will be charged 50% of the total trip.
All pet-sitting services, including Overnight House-Sitting, will be charged in full if canceled after 3:00pm the day before the reservation starts.
Regular weekly clients - full credit/refund if cancelled before 3 pm the night before a service.
Full charge will be due for services canceled after 3pm the night before.
